Pressure sensor noise processing method

1. The low frequency noise of the pressure sensor is mainly caused by the discontinuity of the internal conductive particles. Especially for carbon film resistors, there are often many tiny particles inside the carbonaceous material. The particles are discontinuous. When the current flow expires, the conductivity of the resistor changes, causing a change in current, resulting in similar contact. Good flashing arc.

2. For the shot noise generated by the semiconductor device, the amount of charge accumulated in this region is mainly changed due to the change of the voltage of the barrier region at both ends of the semiconductor PN junction, thereby exhibiting a capacitance effect. When the forward voltage is reduced, it causes electrons and holes to be separated from the depletion region, which is equivalent to a capacitor discharge.

3. When a reverse voltage is applied, the change in the depletion region is reversed. When a current flows through the barrier region, this change causes a small fluctuation in the current flowing through the barrier region, thereby generating current noise. Generally, the electromagnetic components on the pressure sensor circuit board, if there is interference, many circuit boards have relays, coils and other electromagnetic components, and the energy of the coils and the distributed capacitance of the outer casing radiate energy to the vicinity of the coils. Interference is caused by nearby circuits.

4, like relays and other components of its repeated work, when the power is turned off, it will produce an instantaneous reverse high voltage, forming an instantaneous surge current, this momentary high voltage will have a large impact on the circuit, thus severely interfere with the normal operation of the circuit.
